Terms of Services

General

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission request for any reason.

 

We currently accept:

 

  • Human characters

  • Humanoid characters

  • Kemonomimi / light furry designs

 

Additional fees may apply for:

 

  • Non-human characters

  • Highly detailed designs

  • Character design interpretation work

 

This commission type is intended for already finished and clearly designed characters. Please provide clear references of the same character rather than unrelated moodboards or inspiration images.

 

All artwork is drawn fully by hand by our team. We do not use AI-generated artwork within our production pipeline.

Payment

All payments will be made through Paypal.

Revisions

  • Free revisions are available until the sketch is approved.

  • 1x free major revision is included after sketch approval.

  • Additional revisions may require extra fees depending on complexity.

 

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Heavy revisions after approval stages

  • Color changes after colored sketch approval

  • Extra revisions

  • Non-cropped versions

Deadlines and Delivery

Estimated turnaround time is around 2-3 weeks after the commission enters production,

depending on workload and queue.

 

Depending on workload and queue, we may occasionally ask to slightly extend the deadline. We will always inform you beforehand if this happens.

 

Final files will be delivered as:

  • Transparent PNG

  • 750×750px

  • 90 DPI

Included:

  • White Outline Version

  • No White Outline Version

Additional export sizes for Twitch, Discord, YouTube, and Telegram are available upon request.

Use

All listed pricing is for personal & monetization use only.

 

Commercial usage for merchandise production or reselling requires an additional

commercial fee.

 

Please note that Twitch may reject certain emotes depending on their moderation system and guidelines. This is unfortunately outside of our control.

 

We may slightly simplify or adjust parts of your character’s design so it fits better into emote format while still maintaining the overall feel of the character.

Intelectual Property Rights

We retain the rights to the artwork unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

We may share commissioned artwork on our portfolio, social media, or promotional materials unless requested otherwise beforehand.

 

Using our artwork for AI training, NFTs, blockchain projects, or AI alterations is strictly prohibited.

Refunds

No cancellations or refunds once the commission has entered production.

 

No refunds will be given after the final artwork has been delivered.

 

If a commission must be canceled mid-production due to valid circumstances on the client’s side, a partial refund may be considered depending on the current progress of the work.

 

If we fail to deliver the commission within the agreed deadline without prior communication, the client has the right to request a full refund.

 

Chargebacks or payment disputes made without contacting us first are strictly prohibited. In such cases, we reserve the right to revoke usage rights

Communication

We will mainly communicate through VGen. Communication through other platforms may be slower.
